PROMOS & PAYMENT TERMS (July & August 2012)
1. Reduced Reservation Fee of P15,000.00 for weekend and event sales up to July 31, 2012 (the balance of P10,000.00 shall be spread over the payment period).

2. Discount of 2.0% for units reserved from July 26, 2012 to August 30, 2012.
(a) the discount shall be applied on TLP and shall be applicable to all buyer payment schemes.
(b) the promo discount shall be on top of discounts from shorter payment schemes. (i.e., if buyer avails of Cash 30, buyer's discount shall be: TLP less 12% cash discount, less 2.0% promo discount)

3. Promo Payment Terms:
(a) 10% DP over 15 months, balance on the 16th month
(b) 10% DP, 10% over 12 months, balance on the 14th month, with 2% term discount (on top of the 2% promo discount)
