Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented and ambitious Sales Trainer who wants to earn uncapped commissions tied directly to the performance of those he/she trains. You want to grow with a new organization marketing Philippines' real estate developments around Asia Pacific. The ideal candidate would demonstrate a background in the Real Estate industry and strong Sales past performance, as well as the experience in driving a culture of performance, success and accountability. The sales trainer’s primary responsibility is to make sure that all sales executives know about the product in details and teach them the skills of effectively making deals.

You will lead and grow a team of sales professionals (located around the Asia Pacific region with training/coaching done remotely through video conferencing) and will have an opportunity to impact on the evolution of skills, performance and team culture and execute on growth strategies and targets. Organization Summary:
Chow Realty is a boutique brokerage house focused on providing personalized service to buyers and sellers of residential, commercial and industrial real estate and businesses in Cebu Province, Philippines. We market Cebu assets from offices in Sydney, Brisbane, Auckland, Port Moresby as well as domestically in Philippines. We are putting together teams of sales people in each of the cities, and will quickly expand to Hong Kong, Singapore and Guangzhou.

Duties and Responsibilities
Plan, conduct, formulate and implement a comprehensive training program for the sales staff which includes product knowledge & consultative selling skills
Give regular presentations which include handouts, slides, video and share prior experience
Mentor and coach sales staff

Education and Qualifications
Preferably management degree and should specialise in sales and marketing.

The duties of the sales trainer are to plan, conduct, coordinate and implement a comprehensive training program for the sales staff. The training components will be geared toward new hires, existing sales staff and sales professionals who seek one-on-one assistance.

The sales trainer must have five or more years of sales experience with a proven track record in general, and should have at least two years of experience in sales in the real estate industry.

Compensation of the sales trainer position is open to negotiation. Please state desired salary when submitting resume.
Compensation will be a base salary plus performance bonuses, which will be based on productivity of the sales staff.
