Real Estate Sales Office Manager

Job Summary:
We require a dynamic Real Estate Sales Office Manager to join a new
international Real Estate brokerage. We need a motivated, creative,
personable, self-starting person manage our Cebu City office. The
office serves as a sales office for domestic clients, and the back
office of our 5 offices in 4 countries.

You will manage the marketing, daily operations and administrative
functions of the real estate brokerage firm. You will have experience
in the Real Estate industry, a great personality, and enjoy working in
a fast-paced environment. You will liaise and maintain strong
relationships with clients, developers, banks and property owners.
This position entails processing sales contracts, overseeing website
content, managing miscellaneous paperwork with clients, agents and
sellers, and generally keep the office moving smoothly on a daily
basis. We have a high-energy, hard-work environment and we are looking
for a person that embodies this mentality and wants to be a part of
something special. There is tremendous room for growth from this
position both from a back-office and in-the-field standpoint. Looking
for multi-skilled individual who can multi-task.

Experience:
Prefer individual to have at least 2 years of experience in a similar
or related position
You will need experience in
-handling the administrative side of the entire Real Estate sales
process from listing to handing over the keys to new owner.
-real estate marketing
-managing a team, and
-driving performance.

personalized service to buyers and sellers of residential, commercial
and industrial real estate and businesses in Cebu Province,
Philippines. We market Developments from around the country and
listings from around Cebu province. Our offices are in Sydney,
Brisbane, Auckland, Port Moresby as well as domestically in
Philippines. We will quickly expand to Hong Kong, Singapore and
Guangzhou.

Requirements:
Degree in Real Estate, Finance or Business Administration.
Or alternatively, relevant industry experience.
